Everything was very good and reasonably clean, I loved staff and location.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Leeds. Superfriendly, accommodating people working here.

The staff members were all exceptional and pleasant. The English breakfast was amazing and incredible, a wide array of options.

The rooms and staff were just fantastic. It was a hip new hotel in a fairly nice area. The bedroom was comfortable, and the bed was perfect. The pool was great and the views were lovely.

The beds are big, breakfast is great and the staff are all very good. Loved early check-in and brilliant check-out...

this hotel was very bright and absolutely brilliant. amicable, welcoming staff. lots of fine items for takeout breakfast. appreciated how the family queen room was arranged when we arrived. really lovely location - very close to the grand theatre and opera house leeds. took a walk around city center, located not very far from the property.

Full cooked breakfast, easy check-in and helpful staff.

as picky eaters we really enjoyed to be close to a wide array of restaurants, went to akbar's couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

The location is great, the breakfast is excellent. Leeds City Centre district deserves your attention. Was a right place for weekend.

Hotel had comfy beds. A few steps away from the swine that dines, where you can have lunch.
